You bought (or copied) this app under the Open License. Source-available, do anything: modify, redistribute, even resell. Just keep credit on the original creator. No warranty.
- You get the source code on your Hatchable account.
- You can modify it however you want.
- You can run it for yourself, your business, or anyone else.
- You can redistribute it, fork it, or list it elsewhere.
- If you redistribute it, keep the credit line pointing at the original creator.
- It comes with no warranty — if it breaks, that's on you.
1. Grant
The creator listed on the app's marketplace page (the "Creator") grants you (the "Licensee") a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the app's source code and accompanying assets (the "Software"), subject to the conditions below.
2. Attribution
Copies of the Software, whether distributed unmodified or as a derivative work, must retain a reasonable attribution to the original Creator. A line in a README, an "About" page, a credit in your app's footer, or a comment in the source is sufficient. Removing all attribution is not permitted.
3. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Creator, Hatchable, or any contributor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
4. Trademarks
This license does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Creator or Hatchable, except as required for reasonable attribution as described in Section 2.
5. Termination
This license is perpetual. Hatchable may delist the app from the marketplace, but doing so does not revoke your existing rights under this license to copies of the Software you already obtained.
6. Relationship to Hatchable's Terms
This license governs your rights with respect to the Software's content. Your use of the Hatchable platform itself — to host, deploy, or serve the Software — remains subject to the Hatchable Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
