Four program cards that each say who the class is for, how long the session runs, and how many people are in the room. No named packages, no tiers of mystery.

Three honest membership tiers

$85 open gym, $145 full, $265 coached, with month-to-month terms and the free week, drop-in rate, and pause policy in their own cards under the prices. Nothing about contracts is buried.

A first-week section that lowers the barrier

A light-ground break in the dark page walks a beginner through writing in, looking around, the four-session on-ramp, and their first class, next to a member quote about standing outside the door.

Coaches with numbers, not bios

Each coach card carries certifications and what they actually lift or compete in, which is the credential that earns trust in a strength gym.
