Call-first, not form-first

The phone number is the hero button and the nav CTA, both real tel: links. Worried owners call at eight in the morning, so the number sits above the fold on every screen size instead of behind a booking widget.

Prices written down

Five service rows, ordered the way owners think: wellness, dental, surgery, senior, urgent same-day. Each carries a starting price and a plain note that imaging and labs are quoted in writing before anyone runs them.

The visit, step by step

A flipped deep-teal section walks through arrival, weighing, the exam on the floor, the plan said out loud, the follow-up call, and who phones you with lab results. It answers the anxiety a services list cannot.

End-of-life care, written gently

A narrow, unhurried section on saying goodbye, with the side entrance, the quiet room, the sedation, the clay paw impression, and the honest prices. No euphemism, no button, not even a nav link. It is the section every other vet site skips.

After-hours, clearly separated

The emergency panel sits apart from the clinic's own hours, in an apricot wash, with a go-now symptom list and a card for the 24 hour hospital: name, address, drive time, and a tel: link to call from the car.
