Passage travel agency website template — full design preview
A warm-sand and deep-indigo site built around a departure board: five signature trips, each with duration, group size, next dates, places remaining, and price. Made for small-group tour operators, walking and cycling companies, and specialist travel agencies who sell a season of departures rather than a catalogue. Open the live demo

The design, up close

Every section ships exactly like this — swap the words and photos for yours.

No editor to fight. Just ask.

Once it's yours, your AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor…) stays connected — these are real requests it handles.

“Swap every photo for the ones I just uploaded and rename the company to Longshore Journeys.”
“Add a sixth trip called The Sarek Traverse in Swedish Lapland, 10 days, group of 8, from $6,900, with three 2027 departures.”
“Update the departure table on Faroes on Foot: sell out the May date and add two new September departures at $5,100.”
“Change the accent from gold to a deep rust and make the photo corners square.”
“Write the day-by-day itinerary section for The Dolomite Rifugi instead, using the same layout.”

Design details

A real departure board

Each trip card carries a dated departure table: date range, per-departure price, and places left, with the low-availability rows turning gold and waitlisted ones going quiet. Tabular figures keep every column lined up.

Trips priced in the open

Every trip leads with duration, maximum group size, walking days, and a price from. The italic note under each departure table is where the owner says the useful thing, like which month walks better and why one is cheaper.

A full day-by-day itinerary

One featured trip is written out across all nine days, each with distance, height gain, and the village you sleep in. It is deliberately a pattern to copy for the rest of the season.

Included and not included, plainly

Two facing lists answer the question every enquiry email asks, down to the single supplement and who pays for lunch on free days. The not-included column handles insurance and visas with a plain we will send you the details.

An indigo planning section

A flipped, contour-mapped section explains the research walks, the local co-guides, why the group is capped, and the promise that a published price never moves. It breaks the page and does the trust work at the same time.

Booking terms up front

Deposit, balance deadline, and the free-transfer window sit as three large numbers above the enquiry CTA, so nobody has to email to find out how much holds a place.
