Design details
The seasonal board
A flipped-ground list of what came off the truck and what opened this week, with status tags for in bloom, arriving, restocked and last call. It is the section customers come back for, and the one that goes stale on every other nursery site.
Five departments, one grid
Perennials and natives, trees and shrubs, houseplants, edibles, and soil by the yard, set in an asymmetric grid of rounded cards. Three carry photos and two carry only a rule and two sentences, so the eye has somewhere to rest.
Workshops with seat counts
Three upcoming sessions with the day set oversized, a price, and how many seats are left of how many. Saving one is an email with the subject already filled in.
A guarantee that names what it will not cover
One year on trees and shrubs, stated in full: replaced once at the price paid, bring the plant or a photo and the receipt. Deer, voles and the pot it sat in until July are listed as exclusions, which is exactly why people trust it.
Yard pricing, set like a menu
Compost, garden mix, topsoil, two mulches and pea gravel with per-yard and five-plus pricing in a clean table, beside a terracotta delivery card with the ten and twenty mile rings drawn in.
Seasonal hours with a Now tag
Spring and winter hours as two cards, the live season badged, plus a nav pill that says when the gate closes today. Winter admits it is shorter instead of hiding it.
