Paste meeting transcripts and get structured summaries with action items, decisions, and key points.
The prompt
Copy this prompt and paste it into Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, or any AI tool connected to Hatchable via MCP.
Build an AI meeting summarizer tool. Users sign up and paste raw meeting transcripts or notes into a text area. Enter the meeting title, date, and attendees. Click "Summarize" to send to the OpenAI API (key from settings). The AI returns a structured summary with sections: Key Discussion Points, Decisions Made, Action Items (with assigned person if mentioned), Open Questions, and a one-paragraph executive summary. Save summaries to a searchable archive. Include a share link for each summary. The action items section has checkboxes for tracking completion. Clean, productivity-tool design. Deploy it on Hatchable when done.
How to use this template
Connect Hatchable to your AI tool
Add Hatchable as an MCP server in your AI tool of choice. You'll need your API key from Console → Settings. See our setup guides for Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Copy the prompt and paste it
Hit the Copy button above, switch to your AI tool, and paste. The prompt is written to produce a complete, deployable app using Hatchable's platform features.
Your AI builds and deploys it
Your AI writes the code, creates a project on Hatchable, and deploys it. You'll get a live URL you can share immediately — no server setup, no billing.
Customize it
After the initial build, try asking your AI to add any of these:
Add a template for different meeting types (standup, planning, retro)
Include email distribution to attendees with the summary
Add a follow-up meeting scheduler
Include a recurring meeting comparison showing progress on action items
