A customer support ticketing system with priorities, assignments, status tracking, and response templates.
The prompt
Copy this prompt and paste it into Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, or any AI tool connected to Hatchable via MCP.
Build a helpdesk ticketing system. There are two roles: Support Agents (sign up and log in to the dashboard) and Customers (submit tickets via a public form). Customers create tickets with a subject, description, and category. Each ticket has a status (Open, In Progress, Waiting, Resolved, Closed), priority (Low, Medium, High, Urgent), and assigned agent. Agents see a ticket queue with filters by status and priority. The ticket detail page shows the full conversation thread between agent and customer. Include canned response templates agents can insert. Dashboard shows open ticket count, average resolution time, and tickets by priority. Deploy it on Hatchable when done.
How to use this template
Connect Hatchable to your AI tool
Add Hatchable as an MCP server in your AI tool of choice. You'll need your API key from Console → Settings. See our setup guides for Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Copy the prompt and paste it
Hit the Copy button above, switch to your AI tool, and paste. The prompt is written to produce a complete, deployable app using Hatchable's platform features.
Your AI builds and deploys it
Your AI writes the code, creates a project on Hatchable, and deploys it. You'll get a live URL you can share immediately — no server setup, no billing.
Customize it
After the initial build, try asking your AI to add any of these:
Add email notifications when a ticket is updated
Include SLA timers based on priority
Add internal notes visible only to agents
Include a knowledge base for self-service
