Team Retrospective Board

Internal Tools Beginner Database Auth

Run team retrospectives with columns for what went well, what didn't, and action items. Vote and discuss.

The prompt

Copy this prompt and paste it into Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, or any AI tool connected to Hatchable via MCP.

Build a team retrospective board. A facilitator creates a retro session with a title and date. Team members join via a session code and add cards to three columns: What Went Well, What Didn't Go Well, and Ideas/Action Items. Each card has text content and the author's name. Team members can upvote cards they agree with. Include a "focus mode" that reveals cards one column at a time (for when the team discusses together). Action items can be assigned to a person with a due date. The facilitator dashboard shows past retros with their action items and completion status. Fun, collaborative design with card-based UI. Deploy it on Hatchable when done.
