Create and share photo albums with lightbox viewing, captions, and a beautiful masonry layout.

The prompt

Copy this prompt and paste it into Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, or any AI tool connected to Hatchable via MCP.

Build a photo gallery app. Users sign up and create albums with a title, description, and cover photo. Upload photos to albums with optional captions and dates. The public gallery shows albums as cover photo cards in a grid. Inside each album, photos display in a masonry grid layout. Clicking a photo opens a lightbox with the full-size image, caption, and previous/next navigation. Include a "featured" toggle for albums that appear on the homepage. Add a chronological "all photos" view across all albums. Include basic photo management: reorder, delete, edit caption. The design should be photography-focused with minimal UI and maximum image space. Deploy it on Hatchable when done.
