Pitches that cite the writer's recent work

AI drafts pitches grounded in each writer's last 3-5 articles — so the opening line references something they actually wrote, not a generic "loved your piece on AI" template. Edit before sending.

Kanban pipeline: discovered → sent → replied → covered
